AlgoTradeBot signals, indicators, and educational content are informational. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice and should not be relied upon as such.

No guaranteed profit, no portfolio management
We do not guarantee any specific trading result, win rate, or return on capital. We do not manage portfolios, hold customer funds, or execute trades on your behalf.

High-risk acknowledgment
Leveraged crypto trading is high risk. You may lose more than your initial investment. Trade only with capital you can afford to lose, and use prudent risk management — stop-loss, position sizing, capital reserves.

VIP signal subscription
A subscription grants access to the VIP Telegram channel for the duration purchased. Minimum duration is 3 days. The price is calculated manually (per-day rate) and confirmed with our operator.

Future products
TradingView indicators, bot licenses, and combo bundles are not active and may not be purchased unless explicitly offered. Roadmap items may change.

Payments & refunds
Subscription payments are processed manually by our operator. Once a VIP grant has been issued, the corresponding day count is non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Pre-grant requests can be cancelled.

User responsibility & IP
You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions, jurisdiction compliance, and use of any signals, indicators, or tools. The AlgoTradeBot brand and product code are owned by their respective owners.

Limitation of liability & governing law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or other indirect damages. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
